Hunting Restrictions

Noise from an OHV may chase deer and elk away from other hunters. If you are using an OHV for hunting:

• Remember that it is illegal to hunt from an OHV or any other motorized vehicle unless a special-use permit is acquired from an MFWP office.
• Know the regulations regarding vehicle use for the area where you are hunting.
• Plan to use your vehicle to get to the area before hunting hours.
• When possible, use your OHV to get close to your hunting area and then proceed on foot from there.
