Accepting ORV Risks
Each person who participates in the sport of operating an ORV accepts the risks associated with this sport to the extent that the dangers are obvious and inherent. These risks include, but are not limited to, injuries to persons or property that can result from variations in terrain; surface or subsurface snow or ice conditions; bare spots; rocks, trees, and other forms of natural growth or debris; collisions with signs, fences, other ORVs, or trail maintenance equipment; and pulling out a stuck vehicle.
