1. All operators and passengers under 18 must wear a helmet. Operators are also encouraged to have eye protection. 2. To operate across or along approved roads, operator must possess a valid driver's license OR must possess a valid ATV safety certificate and must be accompanied by an adult at least 21 years of age who possesses a valid driver's license. 3. If the passenger is under 18 years of age, they must wear protective headgear. |
